             OGLE 2005-BLG-331   binary source binary lens
                                           vs
                                      triple lens


Dear Colleagues,


After being alerted by the OGLE-team about a possible second caustic entry.
Planet observations with the Danish 1.5 (LaSilla) and the Canopus 1.0m (Hobart)
confirm this interpretation opening at least two fascinating scenarios:

1) A binary source lensed by a binary lens

2) A single source lensed by (at least) a triple lens.

Needless to say that follow up photometric and spectroscopic observations
are strongly encouraged at all costs to constrain the parameter space of
this unique event.

A light curve plot and data files for this event are available on our
webpage, which is frequently updated.

RA (J2000):      17:50:09.60
Dec (J2000):     -29:36:41.2

The baseline I magnitude reported by the OGLE team is 19.1
