The data files contains the PLANET collaboration final light curves
for the Galactic bulge microlensing event MACHO 99-BLG-47, and is arranged
as follows.

col1   timestamp    HJD - 2450000.0 at mid-exposure
col2   flux         Flux derived from DoPHOT reported magnitude (.dophot)
                    Differential flux as report by ISIS (.isis)
col3   error        Flux uncertainty derived from DoPHOT reported magnitude error (.dophot)
                    Uncertainty in fluxes as reported by ISIS (.isis)
col4   FWHM (arcsec)  Full width at half maximum of stellar image
col5   site of observation  1 = SAAO I (Elizabeth 1 m, SAAO, Sutherland, South Africa)
                            2 = UTAS I (Canopus 1 m, Hobart, Tasmania, Australia)
                            3 = CTIO I (YALO 1 m, CTIO, La Serena, Chile)
                            4 = SAAO V
col6&7  data flag   data point with col6*col7=0 are outliers.
